    Hello!

I wasn't sure what section to post this in, so I am very sorry if it is in the wrong area.

I have a DVD disc (.ifo file, .bup file, and .vob file). The .vob file has 78 chapters. I need to separate these chapters into separate video files (either mpeg or avi).

What program can I use to do this.

    Thanks!

You could use DVD Decrypter in IFO mode to rip individual chapters then load each one into AutoGK if your output is AVI or Vob2Mpeg if you want MPEG.

Seems like a good plan...thank you!

But does anyone know of a more automated way of doing this? I don't want to have to do that 78 times! :P

    Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Vobedit ... load first vob of title ... demux ... choose via cell id ... make sure "complete title set" is checked ... hit demux ... you are asked where to put it ... make sure you have ample room .

From here , to convert to avi ... open first vob in virtualmod .
Setup requirement's for end result ... add to job que .
Repeat loading other's in order ... you dont need to setup the end requirment's ... unless you close virtualmod
Just add them as you go to job que .

When ready ... let it rip .

As for vob to mpeg ... dvdx2 is still a valid option ... simple

or dvd decrypter ... I thought it could also do this as some have mentioned it ... though I could be wrong here as I have never got around to that .
