Okay, lets say I am openning a folder which pops-up in the middle of the desktop. I'm adjusting it and moving so it only covers left half of the desktop. I am doing something with it and than am closing it. The next time I open the folder it pops-up again in the middle of the desktop. How I can make it to open in the same place when I adjusted?

Simillar with WMP player which for a change pops-up at the bottom of the screen. How I can adjust it so it will pop-up in the middle?

You may not have any control over it. The application needs to remember where you put it for next time. This is usually done by writing co-ordinates to an ini file or the registry, then reading them back again at launch. If the program doesn't do this, or has the position hard-coded, then you can't do much to change it.

One thing you could look at is something like nmacrorec from http://www.nkprod.ro/nmacro/ to make a launch macro that starts up the program and resizes it for you automatically.
