  1. Hi,
    How can i encode one big wmv file, 640x480 in size into several 320x240 4Mb smaller files?

    Making the frame size smaller, doesn't make the file size smaller. They have to be reencoded at a lower bitrate. Try Windows Movie Maker.

    first of all thanks for the fast reply.

    hmm... i already know that
    too bad you didn't read the enrite post
    i need a tool that can encode + change the frame size + make several small files from one file. several files...

    edit:
    if i have let say a 20Mb file it will reEncode it into a differant bitrate AND into five 4Mb files...

    Cut with windows movie maker and save as 4 files???
