Xylob, Thanks for answering my question. I never really got the scoop on why he was out.Originally Posted by Xylob the Destroyer

That suprises me. I would have insisted on more body doubles or stunt doubles at least. Hard for me to imagine turning down that kind of pay day..which he will never see again.
But if he saved his money correctly and maybe got a back end deal on a couple of his runs he should still be worth 100million... which aint bad.![]()
Thanks again for the info.

Saw it last night and thought it was quite good. It is a little different from all the Bond movies we are used to, but that should be expected. I thought Craig played the role of Bond pretty well actually. I liked the story line and thought it was fairly well written minus a few things that I disliked a bit.

I want to see it really bad. At first I was upset when they chose Daniel Craig but after seeing the trailer he looks like a great bond.

Daniel Craig is a very good actor ...in the right part. I saw him recently and he was great in a great B+ movie. Sorry cant remember the recent release name of the film.
But I cant imagine him as the "Bond".
That may be the feeling of many. (?)

I was not happy with it. I just saw it this afternoon. Craig is just blah........ and the action, what there was of it, was rather uninspired.... definitely a disapointment.

I'll see it, but only on DVD. No way I'm going to a theater to see it.
I'm a "Sean Connery IS Bond" die-hard
