    I am trying to rip a dvd using dvd decrypter and once it gets to VTS_01_1.vob the read rate goes down to 0.0 and eventually times out... what could be the problem.. here is the Log

    Update: I Just tried another dvd and this is the exact error I get on Both

    Ummm... those are all pretty new movies (except poseidon which is why decrypter prob. ripped it) with the latest copy protection on them...

    DVD Decrypter is pretty old now and has not been updated in a looooong time and cannot defeat the newer protections.

    use Ripit4me which has built into it Dvd Decrypter and you can open up Dvd Shrink from it as well. Download FixVTS as well which will open up with Ripit4me.
