    I have transfered my old vhs to dvd via dvd player/recorder. Now I want to put on computer to edit but my computer acts as if I havent inserted a dvd and wont read. I am using verbatim dvd+r . My other dvd player plays them fine. I'm stumped.[/b]

    My dvd player/burner is a cyberhome dvr 1600. Has anyone had this problem with this machine and figured out what to do about it? That is if the problem is the player or its finishing process--
