This one is real odd. I just recently had a few discs start saying that they are empty when I put them in both my computer drives, and my players. They were working just fine up til now, and all of a sudden are not being recognized. Ive only played them a few times before, and never had any problems. Has this happened to anyone else? If so, how did you fix it? These arent just discs I can run out and replace. They are ones I specially burned.

That isn't odd and isn't unusual - it happens, for one reason or another (usually low quality discs).
You could try on another drive from a friend, or somewhere, and rip those discs to a hard drive and reburn to some good quality DVD discs. I have good results and reliability with Verbatim DVD discs. -
I would re-rip them, except my computers drives wont even recognize the discs contents. They even show them as blank.
