autostart / looping DVD from within FFMpegX

hello All:
I've got some muxed mp2 files ready to convert to DVD using FFMpegX. I'm only using FFMpegX because I was given these files and they aren't compatible with iDVD. So the question is- is there anywhere within FFMpegX to do this and set the autostart and looping tags to create a DVD that loops? OR, is than a way to hand edit the resulting files in a text editor or do something while burning the final in Toast 5 Titanium that I could get the desired result?

I'm sure I could convert them to a QT format and then go that route, but would rather not take the time and/or fidelity hit of all the conversion.

Using Toast, it would be a single checkbox... can't beat that for simplicity.
