    I made an intro video for my companies DVD's and I want to post it on Youtube, but it has to be under 100MB, how do I compress it down to fit under that size? It is at 120MB at this moment.

    I've never tried posting anything to YouTube but regardless you have two options.
    Use a lower bitrate or cut some of the video out.

    To be able to provide more useful info on how to do either you need to provide a lot more detail about the video. How about a gspot screenshot?

    You might take a look at ReJig. It works similar to DVD Shrink to reduce the size of a MPEG-2. It should be faster than re-encoding the video, especially if you just need to reduce the size a little.

    it's better way to convert it to flash, as it's more convenient format to be streamed in the internet. i've recently found a program VisiFly, it's very easy and not expensive- it costs 39.95.

    If it is beig uploaded to YouTube then they will convert it to FLV anyway, so you probably on't need to spend money doing that yourself.

    Below are YouTube's recommendations for file formats for upload

    # Videos saved with the following settings convert the best:

    * MPEG4 (Divx, Xvid) format
    * 320x240 resolution
    * MP3 audio
    * 30 frames per second framerate

    You can use autoGK to do this for you.
