    Hi,

I always captured from TV through my VCR to select the channel. But, now i'm having a terrible NOISE problem when I plug the TV cable into VCR. Without the cable, the signal of the menus of VCR is clean, for example. The TV signal is horrible also. The problem isn't the cable, because when I connect it in my TV set, the signal is ok. When I try to use the tuner of my capture card, there is a more strange problem: only one channel haves a good signal. I don't know what I can do... i've tried a lot of things. Well, see the pictures.

I always hate stating the obvious, but: 1) have you rebooted the PC? 2) have you removed and reloaded the drivers (the most recent drivers)? 3) have you recently added any splitters on the line that may be weakening the signal?

    1) Yes, and a lot of times.
    2) Yes, also put the card in other PCI slot.
    3) No. When I put the same cable in my TV set, the image appears clean.

Look like Ground Loop interference, maybe your power supply or one of the fans.

That was my next guess also - defective card. Of course, try the other fixes first if you want.
