Quicktime Pro's Export to Image Sequence.

Alternatively, Capture Me ( for one at a time stills)
or iMOvie, FCE, or FCP will save out frames as stills.
Heck , even DVD Studio Pro does it.

  3. There's got to be something that duplicates the functionality of Image Grabber II by now. I've tried it on my PC (may it RIP), and it's fantastic.

I can't believe Mac developers haven't produced an analogue yet. If there is one, I'd sure like to know about it!

Changes from the original: Added more resolution and gridsize options and fixed the 2x1 gridsize which was fubar'd, and changed the watermark to "ScreenGrabber 2.0 for c!" and also changed the app icon.
Homepage of Screen Grabber is here: http://www.peylow.se/screengrabber.html
There's also an entry in iusethis: http://osx.iusethis.com/app/screengrabber
