Hi. When I try to convert an avi with tmpgenc xpress (a/v system) I get the "blue screen o death". When I try my a/v seperated, converted individually, then authored method: I get "VFAPIFrameServer.exe has encountered a problem" (while using tmpgenc) and then tmpg says "sample format invalid" or something to that affect. When I use my favorite method, which is ConvertX2DVD, the program says "error decoding video" and then crashes.
This always happens within the first few minutes of converting and it doesn't matter which AVI file I use. Also, when I use either method of converting on MY computer (with the same settings) it works just fine with any file.
Please Help!
