Let me start by saying that I did a quick search and I'm going back to searching after this but figured it might be an easy answer for someone and I need to get this done asap.

All I want to do is find a program to add audio (an mp3 file) to a WMV file. It would be nice if I could fade the audio out at a certain point.

The only thing I request is that the software DOES NOT mess with the video quality.

    Any suggestions?

FWIW I've been trying to use software from Roxio but it keeps messing with the video quality.

    Thanks.

The best tool for WMV files is WMM. I haven't worked much with wmv myself, so I don't know that it will do what you want.

Use WMM to import the MP3 and edit the stream where you wish to fade out etc. When this is done export as WMA. To mux WMV and WMA you can use
Windows Media Stream Editor (bundled with Windows Media Encoder 9). This little app is capable of muxing WMA/WMV streams without touching quality. To
