How do you put a dvd, that's 4-hours onto a '2-hour disk

There is no such thing as a two hour disc. Just load your DVD files into Shrink and let it work out how much compression it needs. You are asking a lot though, with three hours about the threshold for full resolution DVD on a single layer disc. You may find Shrink cannot do it in the first go, and you have to load the results from Shrink to shrink it again.
Personally, I wouldn't use Shrink for four hours of video. I would use DVD Rebuilder and encode it at half-D1 resolution.Read my blog here.
