Hi all.
I'm working with web, and when using video i always use lower frame rates..as 15 or 21..
Normally i convert the videos to FLV with sorenson squeeze. I Converted a movie from 24 fps to 21 .. and i can actaully see the video skipping a frame here and then....
I guess thats what sorenson squeeze does..skip a frame every x frame.
My question is..does the "real" video software packages do any better?..or do they also use same "skip" frame technique.. or do they "blend" transitions betwen missing/duplicate frames.
what should i exspect?

I wouldn't expect they would blend...in order to blend, they would need to create a frame, which would be pointless when you are dropping frames.
