I have edited several Tivo files w/ VRD successfully but have recently run into issues after bumping up the video quality on Tivo (from High to Best).
With higher quality Tivo files I now get "glitches" in the video stream whereas at lower quality I wasn't. Checked the Program Info on new files and they are 480x480 @ Bit Rate of 5.8Mbps - high quality shows were 352x480 @ 2.6Mbps. Best quality (trouble) files are saving at about 1.6GB and High quality ones at 800MB.
Thought it was a RAM issue, so upgraded from 1GB to 3GB - but still getting same problems (only faster video saves!).
Anyone have any issues with this previously? Looked around a bit but couldn't find anything specific to my problem. Found something online about the video dimensions and DVD compatability - but the VOB/MPG files have the glitch on my computer and DVD player(s).
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
