Hello, I'm new to these forums. I know how to burn a vcd using MainConcept but I'm having trouble burning a large sized movie. Eg. I try to open 'XMEN_3_The_Last_Stand', when I click open I get this "No video data found". I read the MainConcept guide and it mentions VFAPI converter and VirtualDub but doesn't tell me exactly how they help to load my movies. Please help. I'm sorry if this type of help has been asked before. Thanks.

umm... thanks?
I got 0 results from all the text I entered having to do with my issue. Anyone else have some advice? -
What you need to do is go and buy the DVD, so you know you have sound source. Failing that, use g-spot to work out what codec you need to be able to open the files you have acquired.
In almost all cases now, any guide that recommends VFAPI is very out of date, and better methods will exist.
You also need to understand that while your specific question might not be answered in a guide, usually you will find all the parts to the question answered, You just have to work out the answer.
I would suggest you start with FitCD, avisynth, Mainconcept, and g-spot, and work from there.Read my blog here.
