Could anyone please tell me why I get this message

I downloaded ConvertXtoDVD and when I try to convert some video files to dvd,this message appears sooner or later.Could someone pleeaase help me?

What sort of video file are you trying to convert ?
If it is an avi or mpg, use g-spot 2.60beta, and post a screen shot.

What should I do after downloading the file?

If you mean GSpot, install it, run it on your AVI file, and show us what it says (i.e. take a screenshot of the output)
