  1. I had to move to a new pc and have the old backup already done on my hdd and now need to burn it back on to a dvd+r cd. What is the best program to do this?

I Have DVDFabDecrypter3035, dvdshrink32setup and SetupDVDDecrypter_3.5.4.0 but do not see how to do a hdd to dvd burn.

    Thanks

Download a program called IMGBurn (freeware, and takes over where DVDDecrypter finished up as far as burning goes). It can take either a VIDEO_TS folder of files or an ISO image and burn it for you.
    If in doubt, Google it.

Ok, I installed it and then browsed for the files and when I got to the folder it did not take any of the files.

I have have 3 video_ts files. two are 14kb and one is 82.KB. Ideas? could I just use nero to burn them to the dvd?

    Thanks

Those file sizes are way off, how did you create the folders?

Start ImgBurn, hit CTRL+ALT+B, drag the VIDEO_TS folder into ImgBurn and then hit the burn button.

I only have one folder with all files in it. I have no video_ts folder.

    Ideas?

    Files I have are 3 Video_TS Files (14kb,14kb and 82kb)
    3 VTS_01_0 files (98kb,98kb,3240kb) then I have VTS_01_1 (1,048,574) VTS_01_2 1,048,574) VTS_01_3 (1,048,574) VTS_01_4 (1,048,574) VTS_01_5 (372,354) and 3 VTS_02_0 (20kb,20kb,890kb) VTS_01_1 (10kb)

So how do I get all of this to a dvd to play on my dvd player? I have done a convert to nero video and burned but nothing shows up when I put it in my dvd player.

Are they a mixture of IFO, BUP and VOB files? If so, create a VIDEO_TS folder and drag your files into it, then burn the folder using ImgBurn.
