I can't figure out how to fix this one. An error recently cropped up on a machine where Windows won't let you log on because it wants to Product Activate. No problem there, it's a legit copy. But click "Yes", and Windows gets stuck in a loop, bringing the "Do you wish to activate?" message back to the screen.
Normally, I'd just wipe the O/S and reinstall. Problem is, the machine is a 1U rack unit with no CD/DVD, floppy, and the mere physical removal of the thing is going to be a major pain. I can boot the PC in safe mode and copy files via USB thumb drive.
Thanks for any suggestions.

I recall something similar but not the details. I called the Microsoft authenticate number and they got me out of the loop and gave me a new code.

Awesome guys, glad there's a glimmer of hope. I'll try the fixes when I'm back it the office.
