Use Nero Vision that is included in Nero Ultra.

    Or use ConvertXtoDVD.

And PLEASE read some guides or test some tools and then if you get some specific problems come back and ask a question.

Thanks for the link that you show me, it is really helpful and I have download the Avi2dvd; it is a great program and seem really easy. But I encounter a error when I using it, it said:
AVISource: couldn't locate a decompressor for fourcc xvid
I don't know what this mean so can someone tell me what I have to do to fix this or what I didn't do properly? On the Avi2Dvd_Log it say every this are successful but 1 said:
    Settings\Window\Desktop\Avi2dvd_temp\Encoded_Video
    .mpv 0 Bytes]
[02:17:53] Job NOT Done. There are warnings ... Find at
the log file the 0 byte generated file to focus where exactly
    the problem appears
Thanks help will be greatly appreciated.

Generally: an AVI contains audio and video (and at times other streams like subtitles). Audio and video can be encoded in different ways - Audio could be mp3 (which in turn can be CBR or VBR in different bitrates) or AC3 or...
Video can be DivX (of different versions) or XviD or DV or...
First thing to do when you "find" an AVI of unknown content, load it in GSpot. It will tell you all facts about the AVI, and if your system is up to decoding it or not.

Okay I have sucessful convert the avi file, and a folder name "Avi2dvd_temp" appear; it content the following files:
AudioStream 1 MP32CH (Winamp media file)
    Avi2Dvd_Log (Text Document)
    Avisynth_Script_File (Avisynth Script)
    BeSplit (Text Document)
    BeSweet_AudioStream 1 MP3 2CH.mp2 (Text Document)
    muxed_file00 (Movie Clip)
    muxed_file01 (Movie Clip)

So what should I do next? Do I just burn all this file in to a DVD/CD?

Nope. There should be some other kind of output - Not in the temp folder.
At this point, may I suggest reading some guides found left under CONVERT?

In what folder? A VideoDVD should contain a VIDEO_TS folder + an AUDIO_TS folder. The AUDIO_TS folder is empty, and the VIDEO_TS folder contains .ifo, .bup and .vob files.

Sorry to bring this back but I still got some problem with this, I haven't try to make a DVD yet but I did try to make a VCD, which this is what I get:

So do I just burn every thing in the folder to a CD, or I burn the folder in as well?

If I remember correctly, AVI2DVD defaults to creating an ISO disc image you can burn. You might try searching your hard drives for anything with the extension .iso - if AVI2DVD has a directory defined in the Output tab, you can also try checking there first.

Go through the whole process using avi2dvd but don't do the last thing where you create the finished files (not having used this prog I can't tell you which buttons to press). What you need to look for on the screen as you go through the steps is where the program wants to put the finished dvd files. Also is it asking you what to name the finished files. You say that you saved it as a cue/bin, what name was it given (use windows Search tool to find Cue or Bin files (just type in search *.cue or *.bin). When you have located the Cue/Bin file for your movie launch Nero Burning ROM, close the Wizard that pops up. At the top choose Recorder to burn image, then on the right Browse to your Cue file and then click Burn. Hopefully you'll end up with a working DVD movie
Hint....burn to a dvd-RW so that if anything goes wrong you haven't wasted a blank disc. If all is ok then burn the Same Cue file onto a DVD-r or just copy the dvd-RW to a dvd-r.
