    Can someone suggest how to change frame rate of avi file from 15 to 29.97 so that it can be read by CCE but without desync the audio? I am using VirtualDub as frameserver for CCE.

    Changing the framerate from 15 to 29.97 is almost doubling it. One frame for every other frame.
    Adobe Premiere can do it. Import the AVI file. While exporting set your frame rate. (or)
    Try MotionPerfect http://www.dynapel.de
    I am not aware of a freeware solution.
