Is it a PAL DVD? If so maybe your DVD player is having an issue with sending the Video to your TV. What DVD player is it?

Use Media Player Classic, Open it up and Click on View, then Information. If the DVD is 720 x 576 then it is PAL, if it is 720 x 480 then it is NTSC. Good Luck

See if there is a hack to make your player play PAL dvd's or convert from PAL to NTSC

Check the settings on the player and see if you can change the Video setting from NTSC to Auto. I can choose Auto,NTSC or PAL on my players...

You can extract the files inside the ISO and convert them from PAL to NTSC. Do a search for PAL to NTSC to see how...

Here is a Panasonic Forum that might help some.

Either look for an All Region player on Ebay (for instance) or use FulciLives conversion process (which worked for me on my first try with R2 Razorback) here:

The Fulcilives process is more fun, though very time consuming, but the Multi-Region player is easier, just don't know how reliable.
