I own a concert on DVD. Saw it a few times. Next time it did not played anymore! It is in "pristine" conditions. No scratch on the acrylic side (maybe need to verify on the "label" side). But I take good care of my discs and this one has only been played about four times. I tried it on three different stand alone DVD players and on my PC. Also tries do "decrypt" it to see if I could make a copy, but neither.
Any Idea out there?
Also, what could you do in a situation like this? Is there any guarranty?
Thanks for your comments

take it back. dvds can and do occasionally go bad. most retailers will do a defective exchange for the same dvd if you have the receipt.
