i am currently using Vegas

just want to know if there is something out that is as easy to use and as good?

Describe how you use Vegas and what video formats you use. What would like to do that you find difficult with Vegas?

vegas sometimes agrovates me when change some settings find it hard to get back.

i film live bands, mostly mine own, with a few different cameras and edit the footage together.

Vegas is good in that its powerful yet easy

need something similar to compare

I use Pinnacle Studio 9 plus for simple projects and Ulead Mediastudio Pro for more complexed. That's all I need.

For MPEG editing, Womble is very good

Then there are the other three majors

Adobe Premiere Pro
Apple Final Cut Pro
Avid Express or Media Composer

Hard to beat Vegas for integrated audio and ease of use.
