I have a DVD I ripped in IFO mode. Now, in AutoGK, I select the IFO as the source and I get the pop-up that tells me to select a PGC. There are five PGCs, one is 17 minutes, the others are approx 55 minutes. I selected #1, and added it to the queue. Then I went through the process again, selecting #2 and changing the output filename. Etc and so on.
Well, upon completion, each output file is the same, they are all the same 3 hour+ file. What's up with that? I don't mind much since this is the way that I would have done it anyway, but let's say that I wanted each "show" ripped separately, how would I do this?

Well generally speaking when you RIPPED in IFO mode it should have allowed you to RIP each episode separately (though not always depends on how the DVD authoring was done).
I've noticed when doing this that when the IFO file is opened in autoGK it still has all the PGC's or "streams" as I call them "present" but only the one you ripped will actually be there.
Granted I haven't done many episodic type DVD discs but I do seem to recall some allowing to RIP just the episode you want whereas others seem to RIP all the episodes as one big chunk ... I don't know if that comes down to settings in DVD Decrypter or if another ripper would be needed. For instance I've heard good things about using RipIt4Me or maybe PgcDemux although I have to admit I haven't used either yet I've read good comments about both from other experienced users.
Good Luck !!!
