I've got some colour WMV files I'd like to convert to MPEG for putting on DVD but they're at 30fps frame rate as opposed to 29.97fps. What's the go with this? Can I just leave them at 30fps and expect it to work or do I need to convert to 29.97fps?
If I need to convert, is the procedure the same as for converting from NTSC to PAL which I am experienced with? How do you IVTC from 30 down to 29.97? It's a very small difference so I'm guessing no IVTC is necessary at all, just speed it up a fraction and adjust the audio very slightly to compensate?
