Problems with playing DVD on PC (burned on standalone DVD-Recorder)

Hello,
I have standalone DVD Recorder - Tevion DRW-1000. I can record movies on DVD but I can't play it on my computer. I can't close session in Nero Burning ROM (Record Error in 3%). I tried continue my session (burned on Tevion) but when Nero detect (correctly) session - I can't choose whose session I want to continue.
In DVD Recorder menu is option "Close DVD" (but it is active only for clean DVD+R), but when i record something - this option is inactive. For test, I closed clean DVD+R (correctly). This DVD is actually closed, so I can't burn nothing on it. But why I can't close burned DVD?...

Finalize, you need to finalize the disk.

Yes, I know, but I can't!

I tried finalize:
a) in Nero - Unkown writer error in 3%
b) after recording something on my standalone recorder option "finalize" is inactive

Other sugesstions? Maybe in other programs?

Others have had success extracting video from unfinalized disks with isobuster.

Hmm, I tried but Isobuster must be registred. And what I should to do? Copy? Check files?

Shoot ze user .. the user is faulty
