    I would like to find a program that will allow me to fit a movie that is longer then two hours on a 4.7 GB Disc. Thanks

    No. What you need to do is learn how to encode and author for DVD. There are plenty of guides to your left <- User Guides.

    Any good encoder can do what you need. You have to learn how to tune it to do so. The first point to start is learning about bitrate and bitrate calculators.
