mpeg1/2 capture with timecode

can smb name a few capture programs that support capturing from dv directly to mpeg 1/2 with timecode?

I'm not aware of a program that will do the capture, timecode and MPEG directly. However, you could use an MPEG encoder (e.g., CCE) and our Enosoft DV Processor - this will let you capture DV and add the timecode as it is being captured. Once that is done, you can use CCE (or some other MPEG encoder).
