The problem being I can't enable it. As soon as you switch the audio on the dvd disc to DTS all you get is silence. The DTS logo lights up in the display window,but no sound. The set up menu on the player is utter crap,as is the manual. I've tried all the options in the sound menu. DTS is mentioned in the manual,so surely it has it? Any ideas,anyone?

I got it thru "Argos" and their helpline was...helpless.The phone number on the Wharfedale site for tech support turns out to be (surprise,surprise) the same number for Argos!!
