How to select the language and display words when record?

I am successful make a VCD from DVD using this forums procedures as: Smart Ripper first, DVD2AVI second, then TMPGEnc last before using Nero.
The result is satisfy for me. But it only record the default languege spoke and also no language display (like closed-caption display on TV)on the TV.
Is there any easy way I can do to make the closed-caption display AND select any language I want that is avilable from the DVD)?

I just get error until I do Run -> Start Conversion.
The error said:

'FlaskMPEG.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows. You will need to start the program. An error is being created'

I am using window 2000. Help!

Which FlaskMpeg version did you use?

I think it is 0.6 preview 1.1

I think you sould try FlaskMpeg 0.60 subtitlefix.

If till have a prob, try in Win98SE.
I use FlaskMpeg 0.60 subtitlefix, LSX & CCE plug-in, WinXP with no problem.

Anyone used FlaskMpeg 0.60 subtitlefix on Window 2000 and made it through the process without any problem?
