  1. Does anyone know of a software that will do this? The dog was my beloved friend for 7 years and now all i have are memories and videos of her. I wanna capture frames of the videos and save them as pics. I'd appreciate any help you could give me.

    VLC, Media Player Classic, PowerDVD all this option.

    In PowerDVD it is called snapshot.

    In MPC it is File->Save Image

    In VLC it is Video -> Snapshot

    Let's add VirtualDubmpg2 to that bunch too: CTRL+1 (or Video -> Copy source frame to clipboard)

    VirtualDubMod adds the ability to save the image directly as BMP, PNG, or TGA.

    Sepultura, sorry to hear about your loss. I know how hard it is to lose a dog after many years of companionship.
