Does anyone here know where I can find really good quality, high res scans of the case covers for xBox games? I just bought a used game and it came in a plain case, and I would like to be able to print out the cover for the game to use in the case....

I spent about a 2 hours on google looking and could find several for the PS2 versions, but not xBox. The places that did have xBox covers had them in really low res (like that cdcover site). The game is Star Wars Jedi Starfighter.

    Any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks

Could you rent the game and just copy the case on a color copier? Better yet - scan it!

almost every one of the sites like this get their covers from users
    good luck finding HQ scans.
    jmkeuning's idea isn't a bad one
or you could just go to BlockBuster and steal the cover from a display box (BTW, this is a BAD idea).

Yeah, the one at cdcovers.cc is pretty low res.... I figured someplace out there would have video game covers, like movie covers, and I just had not found it. Guess not

That's a very good idea. I'll probably end up doing that - hopefully Blockbuster or Hollywood video will have it.

Hmm.... That's one way to go, I suppose.

Thanks, jmkeuning & Xylob the Destroyer.

  6. Would you get the cover on a rented title. All the places I know that rent games or DVD's dont lend out the original case.

Yep. I checked Blockbuster and Hollywood video.... They all come in their (Blockbuster/Hollywwood video) cases. It's been a long, long, long time since I've rented a video game - back in the days of Super Nintendo.

I clicked your link and spent almost five minutes closing new windows and blocking cookies before I could even get back to the original freecovers window....

I got 2 pop-ups when I opened them.... Hmm. The original cover is in a med res (I think it's like 100, or 150, but the custom cover is in high res - 300.

I saved that one and will print it out tonight.

    Thanks for the help
