    I need help with three exam questions that are pretty straight forward, especially to you techy guys. Here are the questions

    1. What is an ASP (application service provider) and why might a business need one?

    2. What mgmt issues are involved in creating an e-business that adopts the e-shop model?

    3. Disintermediation is a myth. Discuss Michael Hammer's Views

    The answer to the 3 of these should be no more than 2000 words combined

    As you write your essays it is best to keep thinking "My teacher knows how to Google".
