MPEG File size

I am trying to copy a vcd onto an 80 min / 700mb cd, but the MPEG file is 745 mb. I know that a 700mb disc can hold more, but how do you get it to do so using Nero?

you can author and burn aaout 790mb of .mpg on a 80min disc.

i dont use nero but i guess you only have to make a svcd project (or vcd if thats what your doing) and add the 745mb file.
