Try the latest flashants swf2video software
website: http://www.flashants.com/root/index.shtml
u will be able to convert swf---->avi.
Now use can use any avi to mpeg converter.I have used tmpgenc.
i can explain in detail about the settings to make in the software ,if you happen to miss any frames while converting.

mmm yes I downloaded that software but I actually get no audio from clips..is it because it is a demo version or just swf are exported with no sounds?
thanks for now -
AVI files generated by Flash won't work properly under Panasonic Encoder. TMPEnc is OK. When exporting, remember to specify your sound specs. Also check the frame rate of your swf file. If you compose the swf file from scratch, set to the 25fps for PAL, 24.9/29 for NTSC. If you get the swf file somewhere else, unprotect it and set the frame rate? Not sure whether the frame rate of the unprotected swf file is adjustable under Flash. Or you just let TMPGEnc do the frame rate conversion automatically?

yes - try www.radtools.com
Bink & Smacker
they have many input/output options...........
I converted a SWF file from SLIPKNOT's site to an AVI with it- then converted it to MPG using TMPEG (cuz it will adjust the framerate) and used it for an intro on a mini DVD i madeOh dear. This calls for a very special blend of psychology ... and EXTREME VIOLENCE.

OK... follow me here, without asking too much...
I have a working {cough} swf2video, the problem now is this.
It asks for "frame rate". Anything other than 1200/100 (whatever that means) doesn't work.
Also, it plays only the first sound, the rest is silent.
There is nowhere in the program to modify audio.
mole, I would try other tools from your link, but it's dead.
Not meant to work? {sigh}...
...is there any way to extract the FULL audio stream?... he he he... -
Ok, here's what I did...
SWF's are able to be opened with Quicktime Pro (4sure MAC, and prob PC). You can export the video to a standard QT or AVI codec from there-or even MPEG if you're happy with Apple's codec-I'm not. Then for audio, use something like Total Recorder and just play the SWF through it. Or, as a last resort, use a loopback on your audio ports. Play/Record/Save as .wav, then just do a regular encode via TMPGEnc or something.
I have successfully done this with "ALLYOURBASE.SWF", converting to VCD so I could show friends that weren't PC/Web-connected. They thought it was a hoot! It really wasn't very difficult.
Both QTPro and Total Recorder cost a little, but they're both worth it. 'Course you can also easily find both-gratis-with a little bit of ingenuity, hehe.
