Am trying to convert a transport stream file but it is driving me nuts. I use Dvr studio pro to convert the file to normal .ts. I've done so but while I can playback the file with no problems in its .ts format whenever i try to convert it i get mixed results.
When I use AutoGK i get to the point where it starts encoding the audio flow and i recieve multiple errors:
error:number of channels has changed in mp3 file - mot supported
I tried every program on the book and iI always end up having an avi file which plays ok but won't have any audio.
what can I do? i've been trying for hours and hours![]()

Demux the transport stream file with MpegStreamClip http://www.squared5.com/svideo/mpeg-streamclip-win.html. Convert only the video via autoGK. Remux the original audio with your new AVI file in VirtualDub or AviMux
Note: Make sure you have QuickTime Alternative Installed if you want to preview in MpegStreamClip. It'll still demux without it, however. -
worked
How do I put the audio and video together with virtul dub? i cant figure it out and i dont wanna use movie maker
