    The manual indicates the software will support VIDEO_TS folder as an input.

    However in action it reports the following error.

    "This engine does not currently support VIDEO_TS input. Use VOB input, or select a preset using mencoder or mpeg2enc engines."

    Except creating a single VOB file are there any other tricks to make this work?

    You should do as the message says, eg. use a preset using mencoder or mpeg2enc.
