  1. Anybody got any idea how to enable this program.

I have been to the web site, and they do not sell it any more?

Apple http://www.apple.com bought Spruce out sometime back you might check with them to see if they plan to sell it, but I don't think you will be able to buy it now, maybe in the future

  3. Not sure if this will be legal apologies if not

Shareware is a wonderful thing, sometimes you can download programs that hasnt had a hacker crack. Occasionally you might find older versions of a program, funny enough like I did at Tuscows shareware site, so I had downloaded a file a few days before. I deinstalled the latest version of Spruce, installed the older version, used the file I had found. Tried the program but then had the thought of installing the new version on top of the old one.

And low and behold the new version was registered and working.

If there not selling it anymore then I dont think you could classify this as pirating as if they were accepting orders then of course I would of gone out and brought the full product.

Bit like SNES emus in a way, still around but everyone downloads the roms and emus for them rather than giving money for old stuff.

    Is that legal enough?

  4. Thanks for all the help.
I did get it working, as I needed to enter the serial number from the crack before I first used it.

Thanks To Everybody for there help.

  5. Just curious about the official standing of this product. If apple don't sell it any more, then would cracking the program actually be legal. Since Apple cannot claim loss of earnings, what can apple actually do you for.

Should we ask apple to make that last version freeware, on that basis.
