    Hi,

I'm trying to encode my short film to specifications that are recommended for putting vids on Google Video. I used Super to do it, because of all the specific options it gives you. My film is about 12 mins long, but every time I use it, it only seems to encode about 3 mins of the film. Any ideas whats the problem?

Assuming there is nothing wrong with SUPER, you may have a break in the file that stops the program. Depending on what format it is, try dropping it into Gspot 2.60 to see what it says. Post a screenshot here. If you need the method: https://forum.videohelp.com/viewtopic.php?t=271697 Blank out the title if you like.

When playing the original, does anything happen at the 3 minute mark with the video? If you think SUPER is the problem, uninstall and reinstall it. And try another encoder to see if it has the same problem. You may be able to open it in VirtualDub or VD Mod and check for errors, then resave it as a 'Direct stream copy'. This sometimes fixes indexing errors.

Here is snapshot of Gspot result. The two time I tried SUPER, the encoding stops at 2.55 and 2.57. Watching my film, nothing strange happens at that point. In fact, its not even a break between shots or anything, but in the middle of a shot.
