Converting 3gp file, to an mpg or avi ?

I downloaded a program that was found under the conversion tools, it was called Intervideo DVDcopy, not really sure about the program but I managed to put the 3gp file into there and convert it into a file.

Then I put the file into dvd shrink, but here is where the issue is. The file now only is 1 part of the movie, but the sound still plays. So I was wondering what other programs I could use to convert this 3gp file into the correct file.

I searched and found nothing really, found how to convert a file into a 3gp file but nothing vise versa.

SUPER will convert 3gp material into other formats. It can produce mpeg2 in VOB format, but that on it's own is not a DVD. But it can certainly encode to mpeg2 for authoring in another application.
