I got a ton (literally) of VCDs that I would like to convert to DVDs so I can drastically decrease the amount of discs I have.

Im using Roxio9 to convert my .avi's to dvd.

How would I go about ripping a VCD onto the computer and then burning those files into DVDs?

  2. VCD video resolution is supported in DVD, the audio need to resampled. About 6 VCDs can be packed into a DVDR.

The easiest approach is to to rip out the mpeg file from each VCD, and then use TMPGenc DVDauthor to put multiple of them on a DVD. Note : TDA will re-sampled the audio.
