Used the newest versions of Ripper (the one that makes a .d2v file) Well, I figured that since I already had the .d2v file that I wouldl just use VOB2AUDIO for the sound track. Ran it through..no problems..

Now the interesting part... Open TMPGnc and mux'ed the video and audio into a mpeg1 stream.. PICTURE IS GREAT!

however the audio for the movie is way off. not just outa sinc.. I always do a test encode of about 5 minutes for each movie using one of the faster motion scenes so I can get the best bitrate for the film... Well in both cases today the audio was from a different part of the movie..

So I guess I will go back to DVD2AVI to make that big .wav file and a new .d2v file, and hust erase what SmartRipper made...

Hmm....

Any thought, suggestions, or ideas on this are of course most welcome.
