    BeSplit -core( -input in.ac3 -output out.ac3 ) -ota( -G max )

Never tried it, but it should work.

  3. for some reason it doesnt work like anything i try, i think theres something with the audio stream that makes it like corrupt or something when i edit it, when i play it in media player classic it works fine, if i try to do anything else it cuts the sound, maybe im loosing some of the channels? because i can hear some of the sound afterward its just that like 90% of it is gone (anything extracted has this problem)

Maybe your dialogue channel has been mapped to something other than center. Try listening to each individual; track, and you can determine which channel needs to be louder.

Depends on your AC3 decoder on your PC. Ac3filter should let you do it.

Another Hit and Miss method is to use "BeLight", re-encoding to AC3 and setting dynamic range compression levels to "heavy".

AC3 is difficult to work with - even with commercial tools.

  8. ohh forgot to add, i have ac3 filter included with k-lite mega codec pack, i raised the main gain on it to raise the volume while its playing, but i still want to figure out why it "removes" the main sound when i try to extract it, or do anything to it.
