    hello guys. i'm denzer and i'm new here. could you guys help me with my problem? i can't play my video even in winamp or wmp. i don't know why. could anybidy help me with tis??

    such as mpeg files.. GSPOT i have tried but i don't know what is that for?? any suggestions for good codec pack? because i have installed Nimo5.09 but i can't play my mpeg files..

    Install a mpeg2 decoder like stinkys mpeg codec.

    Or play with VLC Media Player, Media Player Classic.

    ok. but can u guys suggest me any codec pack so that i can play all my videos in windows media player or winamp. without using any windows media player classic. thanks!

    Very few here will recommend codec packs. They have a bad habit of screwing the video on your machine to the point where only a format and reinstall will fix it. While there are a lot of codecs around, in reality you only need a handful to cover 98% of the videos you will try to play. If you don't want to use MPC or VLC (and I can't imagine why, when they work and Windows Media Player is such a POS in comparison), then you might try FFDShow. It will cover most of your basic needs. After than, use AVICodec or G-Spot 2.60 to determine what your video needs, install just that codec if required.
