    Unfortunately, Dust development stopped just as Avisynth 2.5 was being rolled out. As a result, every version of Dust requires Loadpluginex.dll in order work with 2.5. There are a couple of contemporary filters that (IMHO) work just as well as Dust - check out MVdegrain2 from MVtools package by Fizick.
