Questions about ATI MMC with Cat 6.9

Hello,
I'm sure you're all aware that ati MMC 9.15 blows. I decided to try it out anyway because i was sick of using 8.5 (came with ym card), because in order to play counter-strike source, i needed a newer driver, which wont allow me to use the record feature with MMC 8.5. Since I've heard MMC 9.08 is one of the best and most stable versions, I was wondering if any of you guys knew if Cat 6.9 would allow MMC 9.08 to work properly and to its fullest ability.

Sorry, it's me again. I was also wondering if there is any other tv software that works with my 9800 AIW, that isnt a compete joke like all ATI software.

I am using the MMC 9.08 with the 6.9 without problems on my AIW9000
