Hi, I live in the UK and all of my equipment is PAL. I have several VHS videotapes that are NTSC and I can playback on my tv.
What I would like to do however, is to record them to DVD. I have a Panasonic DVD recorder.
Is it possible to do this ?

Some Panasonic models handle both PAL and NTSC, others don't. Read your manual.
In this globalized world an increasing number of DVD recorders are multimode. This includes low cost recorders like Lite-On.
