    I tried to convert a mpeg2 video to a mped (H.264). The video can been seen on Qicktime but it has no sound. I had already clicked 'encode audio' in the audio tab.

    Anyone can help ? Thanks a lot.

    Were you able to hear the audio in the original file in QT Player? What is the format of the audio?

    I can hear the audio through the 'play' buttom on the uppper right hand corner.

    Well, that doesnt quite answer the question. Were you able to hear the audio in the QuickTime Player application before you tried the conversion?

    Make a test with the "Audio film to mp3" preset to determinate the correct audio stream before encoding in mp4 h264. (stream 1,2,3,... in the Audio set)
